Your privacy is important to Apollo Music. We created this privacy policy to provide you with information on how we process your personal data when you are using our services Findthetune.com, Findthetune.com Mobile Application(hereinafter called the services) and as third parties Data Center Sentia and Youtube Sales System. “Personal data” is information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

Once you have requested access to our services, a music supervisor will provide you with a password intended for you to login and start using the services. These are the basic information that Apollo Music collects about you once you are registered in the system.


How is your personal information used by us?


Log Files

Our services uses log files. Stored information includes IP addresses, browser type, browser version, platform type and date/time stamps. This information is used to analyze trends, track activity/inactivity on our platform and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Personal data is stored in an external database, located in a data center at Sentia. Personal data is solemnly administered by Apollo Music, whereas Sentia only provides co-location/housing to Apollo Music. Access to the database is strictly prohibited to any other than the Data Protection Officer of Apollo Music.


Visual representations

Without any specific approval from you, we may develop general aggregate data (i.e., data that cannot be used to identify specific individuals) about our platform that is partly based on information about you and your transactions with our services. For example, hypothetically, you might be one of 100,000 customers between the ages of 25 and 35. Such information is mostly used to generate graphic visual representations of information, data or knowledge intended to present information quickly and clearly both internally and externally.


Service Providers

We may employ third party companies to provide customer support, perform Website-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Website's features) or to assist us in analyzing how our platform is used. These third parties may have access to your personal information to the extent required to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

How Can You Correct, Review Or Delete Your Personal Information?

Contact us by sending an email to privacy@findthetune.com and explain in details how you would like to modify your preferences. For deletion of your personal information please send an e-mail using the above mentioned e-mail address. We will hereafter delete your personal information 7 days from receiving an e-mail of deletion. Your personal information will furthermore automatically be deleted 2 years from your termination of your account as a private customer. As a non-private customer contract data will automatically be deleted 3 years from the year of ending the businessrelation. In all other cases personal information will automatically be deleted 5 years from your termination of your account.


Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Requests; Protection of Our Rights

In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may disclose personal information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We may also share such information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.


Affiliates

We may share your information with other companies under common ownership or control with Apollo Music. These companies use your information as described in this Privacy Policy.


Security

Apollo Music have taken several safety measurements in order to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Personal data collected from you and processed within our services will only be accessed by a minimum of employees and companies that are in need to process such information. Our services, and thereby Apollo Music, is also committed to protect user information. Your password protects your user account, so you should, limit access to your computer and browser, and log out after having used the platform.


Data Security

Our services implements security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. Other measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal information. We endeavor to restrict access to personal information to our services employees, contractors and agents who absolutely need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and are required to meet these obligations. If our services learns of a security systems breach, then we will notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Furthermore the services will notify the Danish Data Protection authority within 72 hours from learning of the breach. Our services may post a notice on the website if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. In case of security breach, Apollo Music refers to its privacy risk assessment plan. The privacy risk assessment plan is a document that a project manager prepares to foresee risks, estimate impacts, and define responses to issues.
